Case Design Specialist – As an Case Design Specialist you will work directly with agents and internal business partners to process requests for whole life, indexed universal life and universal life illustrations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service through written correspondence and personal contact.
Operations Technician – This position is responsible for maintaining, repairing and installing heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and building related equipment and devices. Duties include performing inspections, repair and maintenance activities, preventative maintenance (PM) programs, new installations, operation of systems, and responding to emergency calls. Work is performed with other team members under the supervision of a Team Lead and the Operations & Maintenance Manager, and under the general direction of the Head of Facilities.

Product Systems Analyst – The Products Systems Analyst I position reports to the Actuary, Life and Annuity Product Implementation and Management and is responsible for providing support for the setup of Life and Annuity products. Working under supervision, this role will define products, validate values, and load rates on administration systems, illustration systems and ancillary systems by performing tasks as assigned. The Actuarial Systems Analyst I will learn to perform systems analysis and modify product testing tools to ensure all life and annuity product calculations are complete and accurate. This role will interact with other business units and teams, including Agile scrum teams and product development actuaries.
