In recognition of May as Asian, Asian-American, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) month, National Life was proud to sponsor the 2023 Power Leadership Forum hosted by The Orchid Giving Circle, a nonprofit that fosters philanthropy within the North Texas Asian community.
National Life’s own Chudar Schlehuber attended the forum on May 12th, which included a variety of keynote speakers, mentoring opportunities, and networking events designed to empower female leaders.
The forum is just one event that The Orchid Giving Circle coordinates in support of their mission. Over the past eight years, they have awarded more than $1.3 million in grants for education, domestic violence, health care, art and culture, and social services throughout the North Texas area.
