Coming Soon: Mandatory Anti-Fraud and Anti-Harassment Training

There will be two final trainings required by the People Center before the end of the year: Anti-Fraud and Anti-Harassment. To accommodate schedules, an 8-week window will be provided to complete both, starting on Monday, October 19th, and ending on Monday, December 14th.

Please keep an eye out for an e-mail from Mark Benjamin next week. He will be providing further details on both trainings and how you can access them. 

A few items to note ahead of time:

  • All employees will be required to complete the Anti-Harassment training
  • Only a select group of employees will be required to complete the Anti-Fraud training – Advanced Sales, Audit, Claims, Client Partners, Commissions, Conservation, Contact Center, Contracting, Distribution, DMS, New Business, Payment Center, Quality and Underwriting.
  • Both trainings must be opened in Google Chrome for optimal performance.
