Under The Bright Lights, Our Summer Interns Delivered

Can you imagine yourself standing in front of a panel of judges, a room full of strangers, members of a Fortune 1000 company’s executive team and its CEO? Well, that was exactly what happened as our 2022 interns presented their summer projects. As intimidating as it might be for most of us, they owned the moment and hit it out of the park.

This year marks the 14th edition of the summer intern program and each year the bar is raised higher and higher. We had twenty-three participants, representing seven states and twenty Universities including some of the most prestigious in the US and Canada.

They were involved in complicated projects that all have the potential of making a substantial difference in our day-to-day operations while improving efficiency and making for a more positive and engaging employee experience.

These projects included:

  • A Field Leader Landing Page
  • National Life Today Site Redesign
  • Benefits Educational & Onboarding Videos
  • New Business & Integrated Underwriting Department Calendar

Each presentation was delivered with passion, diligence, critical thinking, and professionalism that far surpassed even the highest expectations. The work they did will lead to change and we have them to thank.

Join us in thanking and congratulating our summer interns:
