So we wanted to share this communication that the contact center received from a customer after Cindy Duck was able to provide some help.

“My name is Dorothy. … If you don’t understand my expression is because tears are coming to my eyes. Today, when I made this phone call, Cindy Duck picked up the phone and I knew she was selected by God to help. What a woman! What a talent she has! How gifted she is! How kind she is! How caring! I don’t know – I don’t have any more words to express my gratitude to Cindy. She made my day and I will appreciate if this company would publish something saying how wonderful she is. Don’t hide this message. Don’t put it away. Don’t put it aside. Let her know how valuable she has been to someone today. I appreciate you doing this. Thank you. Cindy.”
