In the effort to save paper and give time for more to opt-in this year, it was decided to hold printing the LSW year-end statements until 1/21/22. Doing so, some 35,000 statements did not have to be mailed.
Being customer-focused, we still wanted all statements to be in the mail by 2/28/22 so none of our customers would see any delays.
This task was completed by some incredible teamwork by both the Print Room Duplicating and the DMS Outbound Team as they fought through down equipment and still completed a week early.
In 30 working days they produced and mailed 923,374 pieces of mail.
Way to go team!
