2020 Open Enrollment time is nearly here and informational sessions are taking place in Vermont and in Texas. You can win prizes for attending, too!
Each session is scheduled for 1 hour to help all employees understand the benefits available along with the updates for 2020. Be sure to attend one of the sessions below to be entered to win one of the amazing prizes. In Vermont, you can win a hybrid bicycle, a pair of backcountry skis, or a pair of snowshoes! In Texas, you can win a commuter/urban bike to make getting around town much easier!
The IRS states that incentives related to the employer’s health plan are considered taxable income, meaning wellness incentives and prizes are considered funds from the employer and as such are reportable and subject to payroll taxes.
