New Workout Classes in Vermont

We have two new classes in the fitness center, including Turbo Kick and Latin Dance!

On Tuesdays from 11:30 am – 12:15 pm, Trish Phelps teaches a class called Turbo Kick. It’s a cardio kickboxing party using MMA and martial arts inspired moves along with an amazing play list of music to get the heart racing and the body moving.  It is for all skill levels and can modified to accommodate anyone that wants to join.

On Thursdays from 12:30 – 1:15 pm, Bill Pedrick teaches a class called Latin Dance. Learn the basics of the most popular Latin dances while also getting a light cardio workout. Dancing will be done solo, in pairs, or as a “Reuda.”   No partner is needed.
