Meghan Meyer named team leader of WIN (Women’s Inclusion Network) for the field

Meghan will lead our field-facing WIN program in 2020.  She joined National Life in 2016 and is a Director in our Operations area.  With nearly a decade of operational experience, Meghan came to National Life from a Center of Excellence Operations center of GE Capital.   She recently was selected as part of National Life’s Strategic Thinking Institute (STI) where she worked with her team on developing a framework for valuing business relationships.

“Meghan has gained a reputation for supporting our distribution by ensuring our New Business teams are running at optimum efficiency,” says Pam Blalock, SVP, Affiliated Distribution and Executive Sponsor of WIN’s field facing team.  “We saw her as an ideal candidate to lead our team in 2020.”

WIN’s field facing program includes quarterly “What’s the Buzz” calls that feature timely topics and Ask the Expert forums that probe on advanced markets, product expertise and practice management.  WIN also has a sounding board of producers who regularly provide feedback on programming.  WIN currently has just over 500 members.

The 2020 steering committee members for our field facing WIN are:  Desiree Day, Lizzie Dunbar, Carey Earle, Lauren Finney, Senait Menghes, Lindsay Morway, Brittany Mullally, Jenna Simanskas, Mike Beaulieu, Monique Vincent, and Pam Blalock, as executive sponsor.

Meghan will also share our learnings from the field with our internal WIN team as we work together to build our Diversity & Inclusion strategy at home and in the field.
