Jesse Kinne Promoted to Customer Information Team Manager

Please join me in congratulating Jessi Kinne on being promoted to Team Manager, Customer Information Team.  Anyone who has had the pleasure of working with Jessi knows what she brings to the table.  As team lead, Jessi has demonstrated she excels at coaching and helping people to grow and reach their potential.  She has deep technical knowledge in a lot of our processes within DMS which she has widely shared with our teammates through training and coaching.  She is passionate about learning and understanding the why behind things.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Jessi grow and develop.  I have been so impressed with how she has worked on her development and taken feedback over the years and made a deep commitment to her professional growth.

Jessi was instrumental in creating the Customer Information Team which primarily handles updating customer addresses based on returned mail.  But the team’s responsibilities extend beyond that to other customer information updates and control reports that ensure we are helping to protect our customers information.  Jessi has led the team through the work to significantly decrease the volume of returned mail.

Jessi has also been a strong advocate for our culture and does a lot to ensure that we balance our drive for results with the opportunity to connect as a team.

Jessi lives in Berlin with her husband and 3 fur babies Aayla, Chip and Lumiere.
