When it comes to getting and staying healthy, couldn’t we all use a little motivation? Cigna MotivateMe® is an incentive program that gives you and your spouse opportunities to earn rewards for taking charge of and improving your health.
If you are on National Life’s medical plan with Cigna, you can earn gift cards1 just by doing simple things for your health. Log onto myCigna via the single sign-on link from NLToday and click on Start earning in the Family Incentives box to get started. The maximum you can earn is $300 per year and your spouse, if carried on the plan, can earn $200 (physical only).
Important things to know to earn incentives for 2020.
- Your health assessment must be completed between 11/1/2019 and 10/31/2020
- Your biometric screening must be completed between 1/1/2020 and 12/31/2020
- If you carry your spouse on your plan, they can earn $200 for a physical.
How much can you earn1 and what do you need to do?
- $100 for Preventive Cancer screenings (mammogram, colonoscopy, cervical cancer screening, prostate cancer screening)
- $50 each for dental exam, up to two per year
- $200 if you complete 16 lessons or reduce your weight by 5% through the OMADA program
- $100 to talk to a health coach and make progress to overcome a chronic health problem
- $50 to talk to a health coach and make progress toward a health goal
- $100 to work with a coach and achieve a health goal
- $50 to talk to a coach to improve a lifestyle habit: weight, stress, or tobacco cessation
