We have a little more than 100 people working on the Vermont campus on a typical day right now and Head Coach Mehran Assadi hosted a lunch on Tuesday to thank them for their dedication.
So a food truck, from Cornerstone Pub & Kitchen, brought a “burger bar” to campus on Tuesday and provided a thank you lunch.
Leading the thanks in person was Mehran.
We’ve got a small team that is regularly reporting to the Texas campus, as well, and the Executive Management Team sent its thanks to them, too.
They’re getting a boxed lunch delivered at their convenience.
Thank you to everyone who has been working from either campus, either since March or since the voluntary return began in Vermont this summer.
