A physical is a valuable tool in managing your health and reducing your medical premiums in 2020.
As a reminder, you can have you the annual physical completed any time in 2019 to apply toward 2020 open enrollment. It is recommended you have it completed prior to November 1st.

If you go to your personal doctor instead of the National Life Health + Wellness Center, don’t forget to take the Wellness Screening Form with you. Your healthcare provider will complete the form and send the biometric screening information directly to Cigna. The form is not needed if you receive your physical in the National Life Health + Wellness Center.
