When we have a chance to get teammates from the home office together with our teammates in the field, it’s a great connecting experience all around.
Recently Francesca Perkins Austin, senior counsel in the Dallas office, had an opportunity to meet with one of our partner agencies.

You probably don’t remember, but a few weeks back I talked about wanting to get out into the field on my second year. I got my wish today and accompanied Bryan Blake to an event at the Frontiers of Flight Museum at Love airport with one of our agencies in Dallas, Our Infinite Company.
OIC hosted an incredible event for their women agents. Got to meet the CEO’s wife and a number of other OIC equity partners. So great to be able to put faces to all the applications. And to hear how we can better serve them as they serve their communities.
