Delighting 1 Million Customers: We Do It Every Day

We continue finding more evidence of how we’ve been delighting our customers in the runup to 1 million.

Our friends in the Customer Experience Center keep track of these things as they monitor customer satisfaction.

Our lines are recorded and we get to learn what we’re doing that makes a difference for our customers.

We’ll be sharing more of this in weeks to come to help learn what resonates with the people we serve.

For now, here’s a sampling from recent reactions.

Megan was great.  She gave good honest feedback and help with client.  Kept business first and drove in the importance of both sides.  She is genuine and great intentions on making sure things are don’t correct. Very enthusiastic about the entire leadership team.

Hector was very helpful today and allowed us to understand the policy better.  Appreciate the time he took today, and we wanted to say thank you!

I had wonderful, terrific assistance from Sharon.  I can’t find the words to share.  It was personalized, patient and took the time I needed.  It was the best kind of help I could have had.  She knew just what to do! It is the kind of service I can’t expect from anyone else.

I wanted to give feedback on Ashley, and she assisted with my needs very professionally.  She is clearly an asset to NLG and she assisted with my log in.  She was able to get me back into my account and took care of my request for an illustration.  A lot of things would have caused me to call back, but Ashely stayed on the whole time and please let her know she was great!

Jennifer F was great.  The best person I have talked to in a year.  She is so friendly who makes you feel valuable.  Customer service in general has changed so much and she made my day.  I hope everyone gets the opportunity to deal with someone like her!
