This August, the CFO team gathered in Vermont to celebrate each other, share ideas, and even have a little good old fashioned carnival fun. Texas and remote teammates joined their Vermont colleagues and became twenty-seven strong.
While in town:
27 workstations reserved and cleaned
27 keyboard, mice, and monitors setup + two charging cables (not mentioning any names)
Dozens of rides here, rides there and even one rescued traveler.
They cruised Lake Champlain on the Spirit of Ethan Allen
And enjoyed a double rainbow!
Made an actuarial attempt at karaoke
Some even claimed they spotted Champ but that could have been the celebration talking
They Dunked Eric, Mike, & Nick for GOOD!
Despite a broken target, which was quickly repaired, they made fifty-seven dunks
The “Dunks” meant that $2,000 was raised and will the spread evenly between Heroes for Children & Freezing Fun for Families thanks to the NLG Foundation
They also wished Debbie Goulet a Happy Retirement and thanked her for 41 years of Service!
Sixty-seven employees & retirees were fed scrumptious food while they celebrated and over 21 gallons of tears were shed.
So many people made these events possible and the entire CFO team extends many thanks to all involved. You can take that to the bank!
