We are pleased to announce the promotion of Catherine Edge to Associate Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Transformation.
Catherine joined the People Center at National Life in June 2019 as the Head of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Process Improvement and since then has expanded her role to include leading the Talent Acquisition function. During her time here, Catherine has led us through a detailed analysis of all People Center Systems and processes and started implementing value added solutions to gain efficiencies, saving our team countless hours in administrative processing.
She is currently leading the team through a transformation that will allow us to reach top talent, elevate the quality of hire and employee experience, as well as position leaders with actionable data needed to make informed decisions. Catherine’s wide range of experience with strategic relationship management, data analysis and process optimization has allowed the function to expand in capabilities and deliver high-caliber talent, essential for the next generation of our growth.
Catherine makes her home in McKinney, Texas, and when not in the office enjoys spending time with her family traveling, exploring National Parks and at the soccer, baseball and football fields watching her children play.
