National Life Donates Refurbished Laptops to Jenna’s Promise

National Life’s IT department refurbished more laptops and components, this time for a nonprofit called Jenna’s Promise.

Jenna’s Promise is a recovery community in northern Vermont with a whole-life approach to the treatment of substance use disorder. Their services include recovery with sober housing, treatment services, a support community, and an innovative work program that provides valuable job skills.

Where Did the “Challenger Seven” Monument Go?

Since 1986, drivers coming off I-89’s exit 8 sped past a granite monument at the base of National Life Drive. It memorialized the “Challenger Seven,” the astronauts, including New Hampshire teacher Christa McAuliffe, who perished when their space shuttle exploded after liftoff. National Life had maintained the monument for nearly 35 years until this fall…when it suddenly wasn’t there.
