The People Center continues to reimagine our structure and capabilities to ensure we deliver, develop and deploy top talent to drive organizational performance as a competitive advantage for National Life. To better support this vision, I am excited to announce that Catherine Edge will be adding leadership of the Talent Acquisition function to her current portfolio.
Catherine joined National Life in June 2019 as Head of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) & Process Improvement, and brought with her over 20 years of HR experience focused on talent systems, development, strategy and processes optimization. During her time here, Catherine’s several enhancements have strengthened our systems and security model, gained efficiencies by saving our team countless hours in administrative processing, and strategically positioned us for future capabilities by laying the foundation for the employee experience of the future.
Catherine’s strategic relationship management, coupled with her proven ability to critically evaluate and analyze data and processes, will strengthen Talent Acquisition as a measurable, value-added function that will deliver the high-caliber talent essential for the next generation of our growth.
