National Life’s Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) is delighted to recognize Brittany Russo and Lizzie Cappuzzo as the 2022 Field Co-Leaders for WIN!
WIN is a community committed to supporting Field associates at every level by igniting connections and sharing learning across the enterprise. Leveraging the skills and networks of National Life’s women leaders and producers is a critical endeavor as women currently comprise 45% of National Life’s Agent population and are responsible for 37% of the company’s WNAP production (Q3 2021 figures).
Lizzie (Dunbar) Cappuzzo brings over ten years of advertising and digital marketing strategy to the WIN Co-Lead role. Lizzie joined National Life’s Marketing Department in December of 2019 as a Brand Manager and has worked to align the National Life brand across the enterprise. An expert in digital infrastructure, Lizzie has launched the media presence of several National Life communities, including the WIN landing page, to help National Life communities connect and thrive. Lizzie has worked closely with Brittany and the WIN Leadership Council to refocus and rebuild WIN’s strategy and structure to optimize value to both the Field and Home Office.
Brittany Russo has been WIN’s remarkable Field Lead for the entirety of 2021. She has stewarded the impressive growth of the initiative by launching and institutionalizing activities and educational opportunities including the monthly ‘What’s the Buzz’ and ‘For the WIN’ sales call series. Brittany has also championed and strengthened WIN’s institutional alliances with organizations ranging from the local Central Vermont Chamber of Commerce to the national Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS). Brittany is currently a Director of Sales celebrating her 10th year as a member of the Independent Distribution Team and is a recent graduate of the Strategic Thinking Institute.
