What’s New with Business Continuity?

We can’t think of a better way to celebrate Business Continuity Awareness Week (May 15-19) than getting yourself up to date on National Life’s current Business Continuity Management (BCM) efforts. As you may already be aware, the Corporate Business Continuity Management team has been steadily evolving our approach to all things Business Continuity over the past year plus.

We recently updated the Business Continuity Management info available on the National Life Employee Portal to reflect some of the improvements we’ve made, including:
o Our executive-approved Business Function Prioritization Model
o Our new approach to Business Continuity Planning & Testing
o A strong collaborative partnership with NLIT
o Archer and Everbridge: Best-in-class tools to support our BCM efforts
