We’ve taken our marketing message to the streets on the side of a bus. And the back of a bus. And the front of a bus.
Yep, we’ve wrapped a city bus in National Life’s colors and with Do Good Fest messaging and it’s started to roll through the streets of Burlington.
Have you seen it? Have you taken a picture? We sure hope so, because we want to recruit you to our crowd-sourced social media marketing campaign if you have.
We can’t be sure where the bus will show up because it is expected to run any of the routes of the Green Mountain Transit system. That’s why we’re recruiting you to grab some photos so we can see where it shows up.
Show us the bus motoring through the University of Vermont or in front of Burlington City Hall or out at Burlington International Airport.
Then post the photo to Instagram or Facebook or Twitter. Use the hashtag #DoGoodFest to help spread the word. And feel free to add a link to the DoGoodFest.com website, too. (Please send a copy of the photo to info@DoGoodFest, too, so we can use it on the website.)
If you share your picture, we’ll enter you in a drawing for one of this year’s Do Good Fest packages, which includes a limited edition canvas tote bag, a parking pass to this year’s July 13th show, a food voucher and a limited-edition T-shirt.
This campaign serves a few goals for National Life.
One of them is to make sure that the good people of Vermont’s largest city are better acquainted with our mission-driven, purpose-filled company just down the interstate a bit that is among the state’s very largest employers.
Plus, we want to draw more people to this summer’s Do Good Fest to help us raise money for Branches of Hope cancer patient fund.
So we combined those goals and contracted with GMT to wrap one of the Burlington city buses.
It’s kind of fun to show our colors in Burlington!
