We’ve set our sights on a lofty goal for 2020: 1 Million Delighted Customers.
And it turns out that we’ve already started down the road toward that goal.
We learned at the beginning of the third quarter that we’ve got 750,000 customers. Where are we now? As of the middle of the week, the count stood at 760,585.
We used to count these kinds of things in a different way, based on the number of policies we have.
But after analysis and modification, a team has been able to determine how many actual people are our customers.
The team will continue to update the numbers as we move to 2020. An effort is under way to make that count more dynamic and we’ll be sure to keep you up to date as that comes together.
