We recognize that there is a significant amount of information that is shared with new hires. That’s why we’ve created a new resource called “Welcome to the Family”.
The page provides a central location to access details learned at orientation and additional tools that may be useful.
Examples of the content include:
- New video from Mehran welcoming them to the organization
- Copies of the PowerPoint presentations shared during orientation
- Checklist for key onboarding items to ask when they arrive in their department
- Payroll and benefits guide and video
You can find the page on National Life Today by navigating to BENEFITS > PEOPLE CENTER > WELCOME TO THE FAMILY or by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the home page.
