Recently, Kami Helms of the Outbound Payment Center in TX was given a SPOT-ed Award and a small gift from the Special Investigative Unit (SIU) for being diligent in her processing reviews.
She also prevented over $50,000 in fraudulent disbursements from going out the door. Since our employees are our first line of defense, Kami is doing an excellent in proving this.
