Do you have a biometric screen scheduled in the Health and Wellness Center? You can now request a flu vaccination at the same time. If you already had your biometric screen done or are having it completed by your healthcare provider, you can attend one of the Flu Clinics in the Health and Wellness Center on Wednesdays in October from 12-3pm. No appointment is necessary, just stop in on a Wednesday at your convenience.

- Thursday, October 11, 9am to 4pm in Lone Star on the 9th floor
- Tuesday, October 16, 9am to 1pm in Brazos on the 9th floor
- Wednesday, October 24, 9am to 4pm in Brazos on the 9th floor

You will then choose one of the dates, click continue, enter the information requested, and click complete. All you will need to do is show up on that day at any time.
- Be sure you add it to your calendar so you don’t forget to go on the date you scheduled
- You will receive an email confirming your day along with a vaccine consent form which will need completed and brought with you
Remote employees who participate with our Cigna health plans can go to any pharmacy for a flu vaccine. Present your medical card and ask the pharmacy to code it as a preventive visit and it will be no cost to you.
