Vermont Campus Parking Permits

National Life Group has adopted a new parking management system for the Vermont campus.

The new system is provided by Rydin Decal and is currently in use at several Vermont college campuses.

You may begin registering your vehicles today. Please complete the registration by March 1st.

We have preloaded the majority of employees, tenants, contractors, and vendors into the database so that most will be able to log onto their website using your EMPLOYEE Number and register your vehicles.   Please copy and paste the following address into your browser:

https://www.permitsales.net/NationalLife

When logging in, you will enter you Employee Number (For National Life side this will be your ‘H’ number), and last name.  You may register up to three vehicles via the online portal by finishing one vehicle and then going back through to add other vehicles.

You will need your Vehicle License Plate number and State, a good contact telephone number for us to reach you in an emergency, and the best address for Rydin to mail you your parking stickers.  The mailing address can be either your home or work address.

Once registered, you will receive an email with a Temporary Parking Permit that you can print and leave on your dashboard until your permanent stickers arrive in the mail.  The permanent stickers go in the lower passenger side (right side) corner of your windshield, and not transferable.

If anyone has difficulties using the online registration, you may complete a printed form that will be available at the security desks in the Davis and Main Building lobbies for each vehicle you want to register and bring them to one of our upcoming parking registration events to be hosted in both the Main and North Lobbies.  Please watch for upcoming announcements on specific dates.

The advantages of the new system will help insure that accountability for all vehicles on campus and the ability to contact the drivers should there be an emergent need to reach you about your car.

For our remote employee family, you do not need to register your personal vehicles in the Vermont campus parking management system unless you intend to drive them to campus.

If you visit utilizing rental vehicles, please just stop at the main lobby security desk each time you visit and let them know your rental car information and the length of your stay.  You may then park on campus without worry.   Security will maintain a listing of anyone using temporary transportation along with a contact method to reach you in case there is an issue with the vehicle.
