Make-ahead Mason Jar Lunches
Natural Chef and owner of Fiddleheads Cuisine in Moretown, Vermont, Lisa Mason, will teach us how to use whole grains, vegetables, a variety of proteins and delicious sauces to make lunches for the busy work week.
The variations are endless. Cooking demonstrations, samples and recipes are all included in this Lunch and Learn.
Lisa’s food is fresh, creative, and delicious with a focus on whole foods and local organic ingredients that promote health.
