Cyber-crime is on the rise and is becoming more difficult to detect than ever. National Life values your security and is committed to helping you protect your personal information. Effective October 1st, 2019, we will implement the following updates to the UltiPro system:

  1. Corporate Login: You will use your Corporate Login credentials (National Life email address and network password) to access UltiPro going forward. The standard multi-factor authentication, in which you’ll need to enter a code sent to your phone, will apply when logging into the system outside of the National Life network.
    1. To access UltiPro outside of the network, you will begin using the following URL https://nationallifesso.ultipro.com. You can also continue to access UltiPro from https://today.nationallife.com.
    2. When accessing UltiPro on a mobile device, you will now select View Desktop Version.
    3. When accessing UltiPro using the mobile application, available in the App Store, select Sign In with Corporate Credentials.
  2. Protecting Personal Information: Viewing and updating direct deposit or bank account details as well as printing W-2 tax statements will only be available within the National Life network.  This can be accomplished via VPN or within the building.
