We have grown as an operational organization both in size and talent over the last few years as National Life continues its journey from prominence to dominance. Today our new business area is over 150 teammates strong and continues to provide an industry leading customer service experience.
As we continue to grow, we are focused on scaling Operations through our unification journey and at the same time we recognize that we must closely safeguard the relationships we have with Distribution to ensure they feel cared for and valued. It is with this in mind that we are making some organizational changes that will group our New Business teams under a common leader that is aligned with each of the three Distribution heads.
We are pleased to announce the promotions of Meghan Meyer, Emily O’Brien and Jay Renzulli to Directors of New Business Operations reporting to Kristin Cook. Meghan Meyer will lead the teams aligned with Louis Puglisi, Emily O’Brien will lead the teams aligned with Matt Frazee and Jay Renzulli will lead the teams aligned with Pam Blalock and the large case team. These three leaders will continue to focus on building relationships with our Distribution partners, growing the talent we have in New Business and helping to execute our strategy which will bring us success in reaching our 2020 goals.
In addition, Rosie Kreis is being promoted to Team Manager supporting our largest agency – PFA. She will be taking the open position that was created with Emily’s promotion.
We will continue our process improvement journey under this new leadership structure, effective September 3rd, and aspire to become an even more high performing team serving our delighted customers.
Please see the attached chart for details on the alignment changes specifically. Brittany Bolden, Jess Hamann and Kathy Laughlin will continue reporting to Kristin Cook.
