You may have noticed that the Relaxation POD is no longer in the PeopleCenter.
It has been moved to the National Life Health and Wellness Center and ready for you to use.
The POD is available when the Health and Wellness Center is open. You can stop by the Center or call x7515 to check availability or to schedule an appointment.
The National Life Health and Wellness Center is open for business during the following hours:
Monday and Wednesday – 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday – 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday – 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
