National Life’s social media channels started a viral #challenge designed to actually #DoGood in the world…$20,000 worth of good.

Through November and December, people inside and outside the company were encouraged to write on a paper plate something they’re grateful for and post a selfie with it.

Each time they did and included #DoGoodFeedKids in the text, the National Life Group Foundation added a donation to the North Texas Food Bank and the Vermont Food Bank.

By the end of the campaign, the Foundation donated $20k to help fight childhood hunger.
