The Do Good Tour made a stop  at the Gate River Run in Jacksonville, Florida last weekend.

Tara Showalter and her team  from National Financial Services Group set up our Do Good tent at the three day  runner’s expo.

The weekend long event had over  22,000 runners attend. The 15K, just one of the many races during the weekend, is the largest 15K race in the country.

During the event, the group raffled off a Garmin watch, a basket of runner’s essentials, and a registration for next year’s race, which  resulted in almost 200 leads for the agency to follow up with.

They also presented The Florida Strider’s Track Club with a check for $500 from the National Life Group  Foundation.

The Track Club’s mission  is to promote and encourage running by educating the community on the benefits of physical fitness and sports.

It’s children’s running program also helps to give  several running scholarships away to children in Clay, Duval, and St John’s county.
