The Customer Experience (CX) team continues to drive towards the launch of our brand new Customer Portal and our first Customer Mobile App.
One main focus is centered around new customers and their policy packages. We’ll be updating the boxes that contain life and annuity policies with messages about how to access our website and mobile app.
In addition, we’re designing a flyer that will be placed inside the box and will be available to agents to use as a handout/leave-behind when meeting with customers.
This is where we need your help!
We’ve narrowed the design of the flyer to two versions and would like for our employees in the organization to let us know their vote.
