Members of National Life’s Culture Team reunited to kick off its second year last week, celebrating successes and discussing opportunities. Jackie Freiberg led the discussion regarding what’s worked well over the past year and asked what the team needs to focus on going forward.
The group also participated in a team building exercise in which they were split into two teams, blindfolded, and asked to use only one hand to work together to first find a rope that was placed on the ground and then make it into a square. Afterwards, members noted how they worked together to respectfully achieve a common goal.
Outgoing team members Tim Ryder, Chris Zimmerman, and Barb Fitch received thanks for their contributions from Mehran and the team. New team members Nikki Cook, Mark Gooch, Elaine Limanek, and Sharlene Mazza were also welcomed.
