The Women’s Insight Network hosted its Kicking Your Career In Gear conference this week in Addison. 

The event featured a panelist discussion on how to navigate your career, followed by two workshops on creating a board of advisors and stepping outside your comfort zone.

The panelist were Robin Dowling, Anu Dixit, Carolyn Jenkins, Mark Farrell, Lisa Skeete Tatum founder of LandIt and Blair Christie, Director of Development for LandIt.

The Vermont campus will also be hosting the conference on May 31st. Here are the details if you are interested in attending:

There’s ample research about women getting stuck in their careers and the shortage of women in the pipeline for senior leadership.
