We have some exciting personnel announcements from the Strategy & Business Transformation team!
I am excited to announce that Ravi Konkimalla, AVP Portfolio Manager, will be leading the Continuous Process Improvement effort for National Life Group. Ravi, who joined the company in July, is also responsible for providing portfolio management for our customer experience and IT strategic initiatives and manages a team on our Texas campus. Prior to coming to National Life, Ravi worked for TCF National Bank in Minneapolis, where he lead process management, product management and cross-functional enterprise projects. Among other initiatives, Ravi was responsible for defining and implementing Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management practices at the bank. Ravi has both a Bachelors and Masters in Engineering, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
I am also excited to announce that Nitin Dhamija will be joining the Strategy & Business Transformation team on December 2nd as Director of Agile. He will be located on our Texas campus, and will support both campus locations on our agile journey. Nitin began his career as a programmer for Infosys then transitioned into consulting with Fortune 500 companies in project management, scrum and agile. His latest role was with Accenture: Solutions IQ where he was leading agile transformation strategy efforts. He holds a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University and an MBA from UT Austin. Nitin will report to Robin Cannon and will be part of my leadership team.
