Are you as curious as we’ve been about what’s been going on behind the blue tarp that seems to have overtaken the Vermont campus lobby?
We couldn’t help ourselves, so we wandered in with camera in hand to take a look.
What’s going on is the big wall where the mural used to be has been removed. Turns out there was a lot of steel behind that wall, by the way, which is why it was so noisy for a couple of days.
All of that is gone now and the real work toward renovating the space – and not just demolishing it! – is under way.
Expect to see the new lobby to be fully
functioning by May.
