The National Life Health and Wellness Center will be short staffed for a few weeks. Our Nurse Practitioner, Kathleen Frame, will be working solo and we are asking for your assistance.
If you have an appointment for a biometric screening, please hand in your patient intake form a few days prior to your appointment (if you have not already turned it in), please arrive on time for your appointment, and please take a seat and be patient as you wait for Kathleen to come to the front to take care of you. She will do her best to move everyone through as quickly as possible.
If you have not made your appointment for your biometric screening yet, you may find you are not able to get in before our deadline of November 2nd. Do not despair. You can still make your appointment for after November 2nd, however, you will be responsible for entering your biometric numbers into the health assessment when you receive them from the health center.
