Senait Menghes has been promoted. Here is the announcement from the New Business team.
I am very pleased to announce that Senait Menghes is being promoted to Senior Team Manager. Senait has been with National Life since 2014. Over the years Senait has held many roles which have built her deep business knowledge. Currently, Senait is involved in several strategic initiatives to support our business as well as leading a team on our Dallas campus. She is a much sought after leader for her subject matter expertise in our Annuity business by many within our department, as well as outside of our department.
In addition to her effectiveness in leadership and execution, Senait is known for her strong relationships between home office and distribution colleagues. She shows up every day ready to take on new challenges and elevates and inspires those she comes into contact with each day. Senait is active in the 2020 STI cohort which has kicked off capstone work in 2021 and is also a member of the Culture Fellows.
