A Kudos award was presented to Sandy Brooks this week for her positive, upbeat, customer-focused attitude.
Sandy works in the Contact Center where she is the go-to person for team-building activities.
She’s responsible for an annual barbecue for the Contact Center at her house; welcoming new hires with a potluck; adopting a family for Christmas; and multiple holiday celebrations, including Christmas, St. Patrick’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.
“Not only does Sandy delight our agents and customers on a daily basis, she is instrumental in making our team stronger,” according to her Kudos nomination. “She organizes most of the team building and fun activities for the Contact Center, which keeps engagement, connection, and morale alive and well!”
Besides all of her team-building, Sandy was also recognized for looking ways to create efficiencies among departments.
“Most recently Sandy noticed that she was receiving more debt calls than she had in the past,” her nomination said. “She proactively reached out to inquire if a communication was sent out. By noticing a trend and hunting for information the entire Contact Center was informed of a recent communication and enabled her colleagues to deliver informed service.”
