Prudential Retirement strives to provide the best possible customer service, which includes assisting all Plan participants in a prompt and efficient manner for technical issues they may experience when logging into their online Prudential account.
To that end, effective January 1, 2019, calls placed by our Plan participants for technical inquiries including things like password resets or other online access issues will be directed to a dedicated technical support center staffed by trained representatives who can assist and resolve technical issues promptly. Further, this call center has expanded weekday hours and will also be available on weekends, making it even more convenient for you to get the technical support you need.
An important item for you to be aware of: All other Plan participant inquiries that are account related (e.g., account balance inquiries, questions about available investment options) will continue to be answered by the participant call center, subject to the hours of operation already in place.
