On May 8th, our Employee Engagement OnBase tool will have a brand new look and feel.
Have no fear, the new tool is still easy to access and easy to use.
What’s changing?
You asked and we listened…the new features will include:
• Dash board of latest entries on the employee home page
• Conversation threads between employee and manager within same entry
• Time and date stamp for all entries
• Employee or manager identification on entries
• Title/name new entries and attachments for good record keeping
• Attachments for all types of documents; e.g. Word, Excel, PDF, JPG
• WYSIWYG features – colored fonts, bullets, bold, underline, italicize, highlights, etc.
There are three ways to learn about the new Employee Engagement OnBase upgrade.
1. Attend training classes on VT and TX campuses – just come, no need to signup online. These sections will feature Skype for virtual employees.

2. Self-directed learning – Cornerstone will have an updated Employee Engagement PowerPoint to learn the core employee engagement practices and study the new OnBase features (less than 30 mins)
3. Electronic documentation will be available to review and use as a guideline, along with frequently asked Q & A
