Thanks to the thoughtful recommendations from our Execution Leadership Institute summits, we are very pleased to introduce the new 2019 President’s Challenge, to recognize the most outstanding Learning & Leading Servant Leaders at all levels of NLG with a chance to attend the 2019 President’s Club event.
Now through January 7th, our Strategic Thinking Institute and Execution Leadership Institute alums will be nominating employees from across NLG who are truly living the learning of building the NLG learning organization. As early adopters they are uniquely qualified to identify and recognize Learning and Leading Servant Leaders as described in our Learning Organizational Manifesto. A panel of these alums will review all the nominations and select 3 finalists. Mehran will personally select the recipient of the President’s Challenge in January from these three finalists.
President’s Challenge Award
The winner of the President’s Challenge will enjoy a trip to Hawaii from April 30 – May 4, 2019. They will stay at the Grand Hyatt Resort in Kauai and attend President’s Club. While there, they will participate in conference events and assist with reporting back on their activities and learnings to the rest of the company. It is an ultimate learning opportunity!
