Nick Brink has been promoted to Actuary.
Since joining the ALM team in January 2015, Nick has been acquiring the knowledge to become an ALM subject matter expert. Nick has built his technical and theoretical knowledge of calculations and assumptions related to the fair value of liabilities, duration, and key rate duration as well as deepening his understanding of interest rate generators, both real-world and risk-neutral.
He has been the key contributor to the critical review and analysis of our ALM practices. He has been instrumental in the implementation of modeling and process improvements as well as bringing value-added analysis to our ALM framework. Nick attained his FSA designation in August 2016 and is continually looking for ways to further develop and increase his knowledge. Nick is a valuable contributor to the organization and I look forward to his continued support of our ALM function.
