Beginning September 19th, instructor Bill Pedrick will be teaching a Latin Dance/Exercise class from 12:30 – 1:15 pm in the aerobics room on the Vermont campus. (You must be a LIFE member to participate.)
Learn the basics of the most popular Latin dances while getting a light cardio workout. Dancing will be done solo, in pairs, or as a ”Reuda” (You may just have to come to find out what that is!). We will learn short routines in a variety of dances as the basis for an overall body toning and cardio workout. No partner is needed.
