Cigna is committed to delivering increased value for their members and in support of that commitment, they are developing new features and functionality for MyCigna.com (web and mobile) and the MyCigna app. You may be aware of these changes, as the app updates had already been implemented as of January 1 and MyCigna.com website as of January 31.

Additional updates to the MyCigna.com/App experience include:

  • A personalized home page “dashboard” where members will be able to quickly view remaining deductibles, account balances, important messages and more.
  • Navigation enhancements that will make it easier to find the most popular features, including provider search, claims information and ID cards.
  • Click-to-chat functionality with a new look and feel to make it easier than ever for members to chat with a Cigna representative without picking up a phone.
