The People Center launched National Life Group’s new external career site at the start of the new year.
This new site is the result of a 2021 intern project, which was led by Learning and Development Associate, Lauren Sunderhaus. Displaying admirable leadership, Lauren played an instrumental role in researching best practices and preparing a wire frame that turned into a guide that our marketing team – specifically Darryl Garland and Jimmy Barker – used to create the new site.
This new site allows us to showcase all of the good we have to offer when attracting top talent to National Life.
We will be adding an intern page along with some of the recognition awards we have received as an organization in upcoming iterations.
The site includes the new Benefits Overview flier, which is a great tool to help recruit fabulous new National Life employees.
