National Life’s “Retirement Homeroom” website, which helps teachers educate themselves about how to retire comfortably, has won a national award.

The Web Marketing Association gave its 2019 Outstanding Web Award in the Financial Services Category to the site.

Retirement Homeroom was developed as a pilot project of the Brand Team and was targeted toward educators in several key markets last year.

It is now being used in the field to help teachers educate themselves about what they will need in retirement and how close or far they are to achieving their goals.

The site has already been co-branded with ValuTeachers and the Balanced Opportunity Platform.

The retirement services team continues to work with other agencies in the field to help them take advantage of the resource.

Past winners of the Web Award are Merrill Lynch, Prudential, Edward Jones and John Hancock.
