Vermont Gov. Phil Scott informed CEO Mehran Assadi that National Life has won the Governor’s Excellence in Worksite Wellness Award again.
“These awards highlight worksites around the state and their efforts to promote the health and wellness of employees,” the governor wrote.
The awards call out the committees at individual employers that organize wellness activities. At National Life, the committee members who were recognized were: Janis Blais, Sandy Colvin, Christine Copeland, Tammy Davis, Heather Funk-Clark, Mark Bates, Colin Pomer, Dan Dowling, Rory McDonald, Kathy Tyner, Amela Varga, Tom Yefchak, Mallorie Lyford, Dena Jackson and Tracey Ullom.
The awards will be presented by the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports at an annual conference later in March.
